Hospitalization
We require that vaccines be up to date for all hospitalized pets. This
protects both your pet and the other animals in our hospital.
Visitation to hospitalized pets is allowed in most cases. Please be
aware that there may be instances where this would be discouraged. Your veterinarian
will discuss this with you.
All pets are discharged during normal business hours and after care
instructions will
be given.
Medications
The wrong medicine at the wrong time can be fatal. Many of the home
remedies found on the internet can be confusing and misleading. Please
feel free to call if you have questions about medication. We don’t
want a mistake to harm your pet. Use only the medicine prescribed
and in the manner directed by the veterinarian.
KEEP ALL MEDICATIONS OUT
OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.

of the most important things you ever do for your pet. Vaccination protocols
should be tailored to the needs and risks of the individual pet. Parasite
control and vaccinations should begin shortly after weaning. It is important
to start a relationship with a veterinarian as soon as you get a pet.
Preventive care and regular check ups are encouraged.
